The Good - Rock bottom cost, first result if you sort by price. - Centrally located, right next to the freeway. - Front desk staff was courteous and professional, check-in and check-out was quick and easy, staff responded to all of my concerns. The Bad - It's a motel in a sleazy area, so don't be surprised when your neighbors are the predictable clientelle of junkies, bums, and prostitutes. They have active security patrol at night and I didn't encounter any issues, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't anxious about my rental car being broken into. The Ugly - Room was mostly clean, but the carpet was old with a few stains and the curtain was missing a ring or two. Verdict It's a good stay for the price if you prefer to travel on the cheap and you don't mind somewhat spartan conditions.

The price is okay. But it changed to much. Also it really old. And my son fell in the bathroom 4 times and the ceiling was falling and the tub didn't drain. And the manger is very rude.

A quick booking from the airport due to missed flight. Cheap and clean. Place is under renovation. I ubered to downtown for dinner instead of McDonald's conveniently next door to hotel.

Literal hole in the sink with gunk from sitting and molding, the shower was also gross. The room smelt very bad and the carpet outside the room was torn and unsafe to walk on, hallways full of trash
