The hotel was clean & comfortable, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The food was actually tastier than I expected from a hotel bar. The shuttle ride to the airport was very helpful. My only issues was that the wind picked up during the night and created a loud whistling noise somewhere around the window. Closing the window tighter didn't seem to help, it likely needed a better seal around the window. The purpose of the stay was to get some rest during a 12-hour layover, but the noise kept me awake half of the time. I reported it to the staff and I have no doubt that they'll fix it, so it will no longer be a problem during your stay, I'm sure! I would stay there again!

The kitchen and bar especially didn’t have to leave hotel! Room was clean and fine I’ve gotten that other places. Ate buffet and happy hour drinks which were fine not over the top but fine. Next time I’d like to eat the regular menu and bar but this was a last minute deal and it worked out fine

We were first greeted by Ms. LaDonna at the front desk. Her customer service was top notch. She went out of her way to assist us and ensure we had all we needed. Thank you Ms. LaDonna. Everything else was also on point. The menu at night as well as the free drinks were way more than you would expect at the rates paid for rooms. Everyone we encountered during our stay were absolute professional. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

I did not like the air conditioner it was way too loud and felt like a train noise all the time. Very warm in common areas. Food was just okay
