You will have the entire central Phoenix located casita all to yourself. Complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, quaint dining area, and workspace (with speedy WiFi).

The property is located mid way down 13th Ave. For parking, you’ll have the driveway leading up to the casita all to yourself.

My wife (Jess) and I (Daniel) will be available to accommodate in any way appropriate to make your stay as comfortable, relaxing, and memorable as possible.

We allow dogs, and welcome your furry friends! We do require that dogs be kept in a kennel/ crate while guests aren’t in the space. We also reserve the right to refuse the space to owners with particular breeds known to have a strong odor (bulldog, beagle, basset hound, etc).

We do not allow smoking of any kind on the premise.

If guests do bring a dog, they must be kept in a kennel/ crate while the guests aren’t in the space. Additional charges may be assessed if dogs are found to have been on the furniture or damaged any additional part of the property.
