We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!

Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests


No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Thanksgiving getaway
The property looks nice when i booked but upon arrival we noticed the pantry had a awful smell,the master bedroom didnt lock,the floors made our feet black,the internet didnt work the 3 days we were there,the shower curtain was gross,there were 2 wads of gum on the master bed headboard,no games as the pictures show,no blankets,the towels wrre very dingy,the access fob didnt work,there was no dishtowel or hotpads for the oven,there was no bath soap, and the hot water only lasted for 1 person. The last day we were brought 7 new towels and 4 new blankets which was great but we were leaving the next day. The handyman that came by was extremely kind and tried to help with all the inconveniences. They did reimburse us the cleaning fee and the person i was texting was very responsive but unfortunately wasnt able to resolve some things. If these things were provided it would of been a great stay but bc we had so many issues i I'm rating this low.

Property Manager was extremely responsive. Location of property was exactly as good as we hoped, and we especially liked the complex and its amenities. However, the property contains minimal amount of plates, cups, etc. and could use a more comprehensive cleaning.
