Coronado upstairs studio

Close to airport, three major freeways, and downtown Phoenix. These are new units built in 2019 and are located behind my residence. They are private studios with a bathroom and kitchen, stocked with all your needs for short-term stays. I make it my goal to give everyone their personal space, but I also encourage socializing. Please express your needed requirements clearly so I can accommodate you. Also, I have large dogs on the property. They are friendly as long as you are.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Roosevelt Row. A kitchen and a patio are available in the apartment.

Stunning Studio Experience
Cozy, charming, comfortable, creatively organized space! Great bed, efficient kitchenette, lots of natural light, bonus to find a variety of patio seating near studio and common areas. Very quiet, well maintained in a neighborhood close to Chase Field (our main reason for our stay) Jared provided clear instructions of check in/out procedures. We will definitely stay again! Fantastic place
This is a great location near the airport. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Jared takes very good care of the property and is extremely accomodating to guests. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area as well, a nice addition.

Great Studio, Great Location
VERY clean, VERY comfortable and BETTER than a hotel. It is easy to locate and access and Jared is a great host! The only downside is the "white noise" of the interstate. We would definitely stay here agan should the need arise!
