Avoid at all costs. Noisy is an understatement
Hotel is in a TERRIBLE location. Planes flying non stop overhead and on the corner of a busy intersection while also being next to a very busy freeway. Was a trifecta of a terribly located hotel. Planes were actually the least loud thing in the area. Motorcycles and vehicles with loud mufflers echo throughout the building all day and night. It being so close to ASU means you have to deal with racing and revving of engines all night every night. If your room is south facing it's even worse. Do yourself a favor and book a different location. On a plus breakfast was good. That's the only good thing I can say about my stay. I ended up leaving four nights early and got a refund. Noise is just way too excessive.

We needed a walk-in shower and was even told at check in desk that’s what we got as I was handed the key. Didn’t check bathroom until after 10 pm when we got back to the room. It was a tub Breakfast area tables were filthy. Cereal everywhere. Eggs taste like water. Never again. All night long I heard the traffic outside

Checking in, I requested a late check out but they said they didn’t offer it. Then the area didn’t feel safe to park in, when we left for dinner and returned, there was a few males standing around in the parking lot, with their music playing loud, and they were just handing around the parking lot.

It was an average hotel stay. The pool area did not keep towels stocked, so you had to ask at the front desk each time you visited the pool. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping gave us fresh towels and emptied our garbage each day. The app and website for the hotel advertises an airport shuttle but they no longer offer it. Our room key also became deactivated daily; they said it was because of my Apple Watch, but at one point even reprogramming the keys didn’t work so the manager had to come and reprogram our door. The staff were kind and the breakfast was decent.

Overall it was a good experience. The new gurl in the front needs to smile more and act like she cares. All the other staff i encountered suring my 4 day stay were wonderful. The breakfast was great, everything was always clean. The room i got was near the employee lunch room and closest so there was always noise and carts in front on my room.

The cleanliness of the room was fair; however, the rest of the property was poor. The gym has not been cleaned in months as I cleaned the equipment with towels and they were literally black. The day staff was prompt and friendly, the night staff was not the same caliber. There were no stores / dining within walking distance and had a strip club across the street.

Hotel was good to average. The extra thing that stood out was the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Staff gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat in town that is very helpful when you don't know the area. One of the recommendations was the Waymo. (driverless Uber). While you're in town, you must try Waymo....
