The room was clean. We thinks maid service cleaned up but dis make the bed and threw away a card we wanted to keep. If we didnt want it we would have thrown it away ourselves.

They gave us a king bed, instead of the 2 Queen beds. The young man cussed at his mistake and gave us a suite which was nice but the bed's were too hard and kept me awake for hours.

A LOT of negative signage taped up on walls, elevator, etc. Even the welcome email was filled with “do not do this or else.” Always ended with a $240 fine and immediate eviction. No upgrades. Pool had electrical hazard (under water flood removed and laying on pool deck - still connected) that was not addressed. No pool towels though we were second group out after opening. Too many things to list. Stay away from this place if you’re wise.

Very polite staff at check in and check out. However, ants on the night stand, cleaning staff monopolized the elevator more than most hotels, breakfast had very little food in the hot containers, a smoke alarm that beeped to 2 days in the dining area, a fire alarm went off at 5:00 AM, and the cable TV was out for over 15 hours.
