Newly furnished w/ Game Room | Heated Pool!

This fun yet cozy, newly furnished home will delight you from the moment you enter. On the main floor you will find a fun game room with an Air Hockey table and seating area. The dining room seats 8 and the kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The family room has a huge sectional and big screen TV. There is also one bedroom with full sized bed and bathroom on the main floor.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms featuring a master with king bed and ensuite bath, one queen, and a bunk bed room with three twin bunks and a full bath.

Outside you will be delighted by the huge putting green, sparkling HEATED pool and multiple seating areas just waiting for you to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine!

Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per night please let us know ahead of time if you would like the pool heated.

This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Not what we expected based on the photos
I’m going to start by saying that when I made Lori aware of the abundance of issues with the property the night that we arrived, she offered 2 other properties for us to move to. Unfortunately the location didn’t work for us, it was late at night, we had already unpacked & had to be up extremely early the following morning & did not have time to pack up & move again. The swimming pool was filled with algae & completely green. It remained green with no improvement through the 5 days we were there even though she said someone had been out to address it. There were several bags of trash in the garage, leaking all over the floor that we had to remove. The carpeting on the stairs was filthy. Lori offered to have it cleaned, but we were in & out of the property frequently & declined. There was men’s underwear left in the middle of the floor of the master BR closet. The house was 85° when we got there. It took several hours for it to cool down. The paddles on the air hockey table were all broken & unusable. Lori ordered new ones. Cabinet knobs are missing, cabinet doors won’t close all the way, the glass shower door in the downstairs bathroom was not sitting correctly on the rail. I requested a late checkout since we would have to leave the house by 5:50am. I thought that was the least she could do. She declined, saying that new guests were arriving & the cleaners needed to get in. Except that when I checked VRBO later that day, it showed that the property was available to rent.

The house was great we had everthing we needed, the fact there were towels as well as pool towels was a big help. It was clean and had enough supplies to get us started. It could use a couple of things the filter on the refrigator needed changes and the Keurig needed descaled they are very simple things but needs to be attended to. The back yard is great and the pool is perfect, there should be a couple of umberellas to help with shade at pool and to keep the sun from coming under the deck cover. We would stay there again over all the experience was great.

Relaxing getaway, but property needs upkeep
Our family of 6 stayed here for 17 days. We enjoyed the pool and putting green and the location was fantastic for all our activities. The home and landscaping could use some TLC. The beds were not very comfortable especially the bunk beds. The kitchen could use more useful utensils and the dishwasher should be replaced. Despite paying for the pool to be heated, we still had to request for the owners to turn the heat on multiple times.

Perfect house for spring training
This was an ideal house for an annual gathering of friends to attend spring training games. Property as described. Excellent outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood near restaurants and grocery stores. Lori was very responsive, great communication. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great backyard
We rented this as a sort of staycation(we came from southern AZ). We really enjoyed grilling and hanging out in the backyard. The pool and putting green kept the kids occupied. There are fun hiking trails just a few minutes away.
