This apartment will have hard vinyl plank flooring, and a mix of furniture that is starting show its age. The furniture will vary slightly as previous ownership swapped over the years. The couch will fold out into a bed and the bedroom will feature a King size bed. There may be varying levels of light deferred maintenance. The apartment will have Formica or in some cases granite countertops and original cabinets, either in original oak or painted white/black. Some of the appliances have been replaced although appliances are also showing their age. Bathroom will also have had a light remodel within last 5 years and cabinets are original and painted. These units are scheduled for full remodel over the next 90 days and are discounted through 2021. Please do not expect a 100% remodeled unit but do expect a clean and livable 1bd in a perfect Chandler location. We do also have upgraded units available and listed. Complex is under renovations and units are clean and the grounds and location are immaculate. We will be fully renovated by year end and prices will be commensurate with the location.

Welcome to Metro Chandler Apartments. We specialize in all inclusive living. We are an apartment community (Converted from former 3-4 star Hawthorn Suites) with all rooms tastefully remodeled (room furnishings and fixtures vary and may look different than pictures). All of our kitchens are fully stocked and the living room couch folds into a queen size bed. You will enjoy Cox cable with a premium package and broadband internet. All windows are fitted with black out coverings. All bathrooms have modern finishes and showerheads are high pressure. Our location is unmatched off of Chandler Blvd., minutes from the Chandler Mall and in between highway 101 and 10. You are 10 minutes from central Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa and Scottsdale. POOL IS CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION UNTIL MID TO LATE OCTOBER 2021. PRICE HAS BEEN CUT IN ALMOST HALF UNTIL DEC AS WE REMODEL UNITS AND EXTERIOR. POOL AND GYM WILL BE DOWN PENDING REMODEL.

The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure building entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Other Things to Note:
Fine Print: We accept one pet maximum 30 lb weight limit in Pets Allowed units only. Second pet allowable under most circumstances if pet is mature and trained under 30lbs. No cats allowed please. We do not provide daily maid or linen service. Your room is cleaned before you check in and after you check out only. We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, etc. We are focused on longer term stays of 5 days + but we do host for 2 day stays. Shorter term reservations can only be made within the same week of travel. Our internet speeds vary. We subscribe to Cox 1GB but there are many factors in the speed our guests will receive at any time. We provide no guarantees and do not reimburse for downtime. Please note we do have ADA accessible units and can provide them, just let us know in advance. We are 100% self check in, you will receive a code for your door 2 hours in advance of check in.
