This is our second stay at this comfy home. Although there were only two of us this house is spacious to accommodate larger groups. Open floor plan with plenty of seating.

Clean, open floor plan
The house is clean and charming! It was too hot at this time of year to enjoy the outside seating area but the yard is pretty! The living area is spacious! Bonus slot and poker machine which sadly were not working. Beautiful property- we’d stay there again!

Perfect Christmas
We were having a family Christmas for the first time in over 10 years, in Surprise. We needed another location to accommodate some of us. Found this gem within blocks of my family. Everything we needed was there. The house was furnished perfectly. No complaints here. The host always answered in a timely fashion. Oh, and we all loved taking our chance on the slot machines. Will stay there again!

Spacious and well stocked house
I stayed for a week with my 5 year old son. The neighborhood was safe and there were several parks nearby. I appreciated that the house was well stocked (laundry room, kitchen, toiletries). We had everything we needed!

Great Property, Amenities, and Price!
This home was clean and well stocked of essentials. Communication was excellent. Neighborhood is new and safe with a nearby park a few houses down as well as a couple community pools. I came back to AZ for surgery and some work and felt like I was home again. This home is located near lots of restaurants, entertainment (Fat Cats & Uptown Alley), and shopping.

Super happy with our stay!
I would definitely stay here again! You couldn't ask for a nicer, safer neighborhood, the house is still like new, very clean and stocked with everything you need! Has a nice, private back yard with tons of seating, has a cornhole game, soccer ball and lots of games for kids to play inside as well. It even had a scooter that my 7 year old used to go around the neighborhood on to visit the many parks. Oh and the hosts couldn't be better either, super responsive! Just can't say enough good things about this place!

It was a great property for our needs
The only thing was there were personal items and a whole cabinet full of booze we were not expecting that and it was difficult for several of our party that are recovering alcoholics there was also left over food in the frig and clothing in closets unusual for VRBO properties but worked around it all

Great place
The home was great for the four of us. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was well appointed with dishes, utensils and coffee. Lots of towels for everyone. Having Plenty of blankets and pillows was very nice. Only recommendation is to give a map of the neighborhood to feasibly find the common areas like pool, parks etc. we found the pool after driving around and using something we found on line.
