Great staff, great location for anything, great bar with food on rooftop that goes til midnight. Beautiful to lookout over the city with a drink. Bar with food inside on bottom lecel too. Room was great, clean and comfortable. No pool unfortunately but a good gym to use.

I will never stay here again. I was looking for a well priced quick 3 night stay for a family visit. The area feels unsafe, it is extremely noisy as there is a rooftop bar, so drunk stumbling people coming out of the sole two elevators on the property (that are finicky I might add), not a great option to avoid the elevators and take the stairwell as you must access it from outside in a scary alleyway. I came on a weekend where unbeknownst to me it was “first Friday” directly across the street and they had several blocks shut down. The parking was an absolute nightmare as they have no parking onsite. And guess what, the valet was “full”. I was literally told by the valet to circle the blocks looking for a street parking spot. Depends who you get at the front desk as far as pleasant, two of my three interactions were fine. The individual who checked me in was abrupt and disinterested. He did not provide an explanation as to WiFi, breakfast, etc. Absolutely not welcoming. The only plus about this place is a clean basic room. Practically zero extras, if you’re looking for a corkscrew or a wine glass or cotton swabs, this is not the place for it. Not my type of place, I will never be back.

The hotel was great but the parking was terrible. Valet for $41 they parked in their lot otherwise only street parking in downtown Phoenix is available. Worried about our vehicle all night.

Great…but read this if you’re picky
The location is amazing, a short walk to many restaurants, bars, a hop on to a main freeway. Can’t beat the location. The hotel looks really new and updated, very clean. My first issue is that it doesn’t have parking. $41/night for valet or street parking IF you can find one. Second, they gave me an option of floors to stay in, mentioning that on the 6th floor you could still hear music from the rooftop bar/restaurant/nightclub up to 2am. I chose the 5th floor and you could still hear it. I had earplugs so I used them and that was that. Just wanted to mention it for those that are sensitive to noise. Also, I had an adjoining room. I wasn’t sharing it, it just had a door that if needed, could join both rooms. Well, the noise level is very, very high. You can hear every single word said on the other side, as well as their alarm clock, etc. They also have a coffee maker in room with complimentary coffee pods, cream and sugar…BUT no water 🙄. I didn’t have any so no coffee for me. Something so simple was a huge over site in my opinion. Besides those things, I had a great stay.
