Your Gorgeous Relax & Escape Condo is your Home Away from Home! It is Complete with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, A Fully Functional Kitchen, A Dedicated Covered Parking Space at the Front Door and an Onsite Single Car Garage. (And you thought I was kidding about it being a Home away from Home!)
You Will Love Staying Here - Warm and Inviting from the Start. Very Cozy, Corner unit, with no one above. "Located in Deer Valley, with 3 beautiful pools and 4 jacuzzi's on site. (**The Pools have waterfalls, are open year round, and because of the waterfalls, the pools are NOT Heated.) Relax on the veranda and enjoy the hypnotic water falls and gorgeous palms across the way. Minutes from the Deer Valley private airport, Near I-17 & I-10: for easy access to anywhere in the valley, or head north to stunning Sedona, Flagstaff, or the Grand Canyon! The Master bedroom and bath are sectioned off for full privacy. The other two bedrooms share one full sized bathroom, but offer privacy as well. Perfect for families, business travel, or groups of friends. Large closets in each bedroom are stocked with hangers, and dressers are provided to give you that Hi there! Come on in, and make yourself at home, complete with Honey, your socks are in the top left drawer.... *PLUS - Calling all Chefs! Fully Stocked Kitchen allows you to enjoy your own delightful home cooking, and spend what you save on the wonderful attractions all over Phoenix and the surrounding area! Target, Costco, Movies, and many other shopping delights are all right around the corner, and very convenient! Honor Health Hospital is even within walking distance, in case of an emergency. Phoenix and the surrounding area have a plethora of excellent restaurants to choose from! Sedona, is breathtaking, and visiting is highly recommended during your stay. Open Range is an organic, spectacular dining experience in Sedona: with outdoor seating facing the mountains. A visit at Sunset is something not soon forgotten. After your delicious meal, ask your server about their approximately $13.95 (at the time I wrote this, anyway!) piece of Carrot Cake that is beyond description delightful. It will EASILY deliver a delicacy dessert to a family of four, for possibly several evenings, because in addition to being delectable, it is also huge. (Grandmas, don't get offended if you've been outdone on this one!) No matter who you are - You will LOVE this getaway!! It is within 5 minutes of the Deer Valley Private airport, so it's proximity makes it especially perfect for private pilots, their families & friends. Sports and Golf Enthusiasts will love the location as well. You'll have to follow the HOA rules for the Condo, so you can't get TOO loud, but the HOA management is nice, and you can still have tons of fun! Padre Murphy's is a favorite sports bar nearby, and don't forget - all of the Amazing Golf Courses! Even with the fully functional kitchen, I have to recommend - at least splurge on one of the Famous Pies or the Delicious cooking of Historical Rock Springs Cafe. This should be a definite on your *Things to do while in Phoenix list.* Even Jean Harlow and Wyatt Earp visited here. Not.Even.Kidding. (I can't post a link - but it's and then backslash history if your interest has been peaked!) And last but not least on this very short list- there are several Amazing Outlets: Tanger, Phoenix Premium, and the Outlets at Anthem... just to start.

Your Guest Access Includes:
As a guest you will have access to all parts of the Condo with the exception of the Janitor's Closet, in the front hallway, and the Veranda/Patio Closet which also houses Janitorial supplies. Smoking is NOT allowed INSIDE the Condo, but IS Allowed Outside on the relaxing Veranda - under the Peace Pipe Sign! :-) Additionally, and provided there are no *rare*, but sometimes necessary HOA community access restrictions (such as for repairs, maintenance, that type of thing, that are beyond my control) you will have access to the shared, community: beautiful pools, hot tubs, and gym and sauna area. There are also common areas that have BBQ grills if you'd like to grill out!

I work full time, and am in the Central Time Zone, so between the AZ hours of 7 am and 4 pm, my response time could be a tad bit delayed. But I will ALWAYS get back to you as soon as possible.
