Our stylish NON-SMOKING and beautifully decorated 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garage home is situated 5 blocks from downtown Phoenix. Two blocks to light rail or a short walk to the heart of the city, provides easy access to the most visited attractions popularized in Phoenix.


The Space
Built in 1998, and modernized, this home truly provides the amenities and comfort needed for a memorable stay in downtown Phoenix Arizona. With living room, large open kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent dining room this space is perfect for small gatherings, conversation and relaxation. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms can provided up to 6 people their own private space. This home also provides a pack-n-play and highchair for quests with a young child (please request upon booking). The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, for those guests who prefer to cook and eat at home.

Backyard
Enjoy beautiful fall, winter, spring weather, and summer evenings with our outdoor living areas. Two large patio's with BBQ and comfortable seating as well as a spacious park-like backyard (currently (Oct 12-27)undergoing over seeding for winter grass and plants )with gazebo retreat and city views can provide an outdoor getaway for your pleasure.

Guest Access
Entrance to our home is key-less. All guests will be emailed an access code that will allow them to enter. Guests have access to the entire home, yards and 2-car garage,(note:If garage door openers are lost or not returned, there will be an additional $50.00 charge for a replacement). Two bedrooms share a full bath while the master bedroom has its own master bath. The only area the guests do not have access to is the supply closet in the garage used by the cleaning crew.

Interaction with Guests
We enjoy keeping in contact prior to arrival and meeting our quests upon arrival when possible . If time does not allow we are always available by phone or email and eager to provide information that will make the stay a memorable one.

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is usually very quiet. A comfortable easy 15 minute walk to downtown Phoenix including the Phoenix Convention center.

Getting Around
The 12th St light-rail station is 2 short blocks from the house. It can take you to/from the Sky Harbor airport, as well as downtown Phoenix is one stop away.”

Absolutely perfect!
The property is lovely. Tastefully decorated, very comfortable with so many thoughtful extras; coffee pods, spices, a well equipped kitchen, extra linens, outdoor lighting on a timer. The location is about a 25 minute walk from downtown so is very convenient to the conference centre and sports stadiums. Our hosts were very quickly responsive to our questions and so kind and friendly. We would definitely rent again.

It was easy to relax and feel at home here. So much attention to detail. Owners even provided a shower chair for my mother who has walking challenges. Instructions for every aspect of the home were precise and clear. Owners were prompt and responsive to any and all concerns. This was the first time most stayed in a rental home and you made it such that they want to do it again!

What a great place to stay in Phoenix!
We stayed there for a few days to attend the NLCS games (Phillies / Diamondbacks) and this property was exactly as listed on the website. It was clean, updated Kitchen and bathrooms, large bedrooms with very comfortable King and Queen beds. TV's in every room, a Pergola covered backyard space with an additional gazebo to enjoy the beautiful weather. The owners were SO responsive for any questions. We would totally recommend this location as a get-away in Phoenix!! 5 stars!

This was our 2nd time staying at Danny and Roland's beautiful VRBO home. The back yard had upgrades and the inside was comfortable and spotless! Excellent communication, comfortable furniture and beds, nice kitchen, proximity to the light rail, and if you're willing to, you can walk to downtown Phoenix! Excellent location and hosts. We'll be back for any of our travels to Phoenix!

We were in Phoenix for Christmas for a week to visit our son who attends ASU Law. The location was safe and quiet and super convenient to the downtown area. Roland and Danny were great hosts - really helpful and responsive. The property was clean and well appointed and we loved having the fenced back yard for the mild weather. We actually came back for two nights later in the week to avoid snow in Flagstaff. We will be back for sure!

Danny and Roland were so accommodating and responsive before and during our stay! They even helped with restaurant recs while we were there. The home is very clean, well-stocked, quiet, and convenient for downtown access. I never sleep when traveling, but I slept well every night—the beds are so comfortable, and there was very little noise.

Thoroughly updated, thoughtfully decorated and well appointed house a few blocks from downtown in a very quiet neighborhood with no traffic. I've never ever stayed in a house so clean. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean everything was. Also plenty of towels!!!

This house more than met our expectations. In addition to the house being super nice, clean, upgraded, updated & decorated - the owners have made it feel as if you're staying in a 5-star hotel with all the amenities including a full closet of hotel style towels, bath products, coffee, & so much more. The backyard was huge & was so great for the kids to practice their dance routines as we were in Phoenix for dance competitions. We loved it so much, we were talking about making it a yearly trip to the same house. Thank you so much for our stay!
