30th birthday golf weekend
We stayed here for a 5 day golf weekend celebrating me and my twin brothers 30th birthday. The house has so many activities and an unbelievable backyard. Big TVs in every room, nice bathrooms. The locations is great!Extremely happy with our stay!

Really great place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was as described. Communication with the owner Torrin was very good and when we arrived, and there was not a Keurig coffee maker, someone delivered a brand new one to our door with a huge box of pods within about an hour of my inquiry!! Since we were there when it was 120° and very sunny We would have enjoyed a few more umbrellas around the pool to create some shade for floating, but not a dealbreaker. Also, the master bedroom only has a very comfortable queen size bed, and it would’ve been nice to have a king size, but again not a deal breaker! The furnishings and decor were very lovely and up to date! We loved having a tv on the covered back patio as well! It was so nice to be very close to the canals and the walk around the canal from the property was just about a mile. We would definitely rent this property for another trip to Mesa!

We enjoyed staying here. We should have looked at the listing more carefully because even though it sleeps 10, there were only 3 queen beds. They did have 2 queen air mattresses and it ended up being fine. The pool was fantastic and well taken care of. There were so many fun outdoor games. Our host was extremely responsive. The only downside of the house was that the internet speed was slow. Overall, definitely recommend!

Our family of 5 loved our stay! The kids had so much fun in the pool/spa and the game room. We took walks around the little lake. The house is clean and so cute! Family trip 2023
This house had everything we need and wanted. The kids are 27,28 and 30 (lol) and they really enjoyed all the games at the pool!! We have been coming to AZ for 33 years and Mesa has all our favorite places. Since we lived in IL most of our life we enjoy all the Chicago food around this area and found some new ones! We have a wedding in California next year but after that we will be renting this house again for sure!!!!! We had some questions and I swear the owners had their phones next to them the whole time which we appreciated!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This home was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s graduation from ASU. We were within 10-15 minutes of the airport and her apartment in Tempe. The home was spacious, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the lake. Torin was an outstanding host. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Visit Phoenix for Friends Wedding
We were 3 couples travelling from Minnesota to Phoenix for a friends wedding in February. This property was a perfect place to stay for the wedding and for a warm weather get away. Wedding was Saturday and we spent time Sunday sitting outside by the pool and enjoying the sun, warm weather, and hot tub. We would recommend this property to others.

Amazing Stay!
My wife and I booked this house because it was comparable to the pricing of the hotels we usually stay at when we come to phoenix, and we are so happy we did. The owner of the home was very well at communicating. The house was very clean, and comfortable, and our kids loved the back yard. We will try to book with torrin in the future when we come to phoenix.

Wonderful house, Close to Everything
This is a great home and outdoor living area!! It was just as pictured and the house was clean and inviting. Torin was a good communicator answering all of our questions right away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we felt safe. There are good restaurants and golfing close by, but it is also a short drive to Scottsdale and Phoenix if you wanted to get out.
