This property should be shut down. It was unsafe unsanitary there was drug addicts coming in and out of the hotel, and I asked for clean sheets because there was blood on them and holes from cigarette burns, and I asked him to change our bedding and clean our room while we was gone and they never did, we asked for new towels from taking a shower and they only gave us one. No washcloths the windows was broken. The bathroom sink didn’t work. I’m very upset with Expedia by them saying that the property was a very pleasant facility and I asked for a refund on half of my money and the hotel is saying that we never told them about anything and we did .

It looks shady but in reality its not bad at all. Very quiet no one bothers you. The only thing would be replacing some of the pillows that was a little inconvenient and covering the gap by the a/c unit that you can kinda see towards the outside. But other than that it was comfortable to stay at.

It was hard to check in. Staff was not readily accessible. Very outdated room. No towels were supplied. Was given an upstairs room and there was no elevator. Upon check out given hard to access staff and given a copy of cash register receipt.

This hotel is terrible the windows were broken the walls were dirty there was mold in the air vents the bedding wasn’t even clean. The plug ins sparked. Very unsafe. This hotel was the worst one I have ever been in. I would never let a pig stay in this hotel. The pictures you see on the website page do not represent the actual quality of the room. These rooms are lawsuits just waiting to happen.

I requested a smoking room and I didn’t get it. There were police in the parking lot dealing with a crazy guy. The refrigerator didn’t work.

The tv kept going out, all they would do is come and wiggle the cord but would go out again 2 minutes later, and yeah they had a microwave and fridge BUT the nearest outlet were occupied with the tv and fridge, so you had to make a decision to either unplug the tv or fridge to use the microwave.. they told me they would put me in another room the next day, but went back on their word!!! NOT worth the amount I paid AND NOT WORTH ANY AMOUNT!!

This is the first place that not only didn't they refund any of my money, they wouldn't even respond to any emails or phone calls. The room was dirty but what did it for me was the cockroaches. I can't believe that place is still in business!!!

I couldn’t even stay here due to shower being broken, were unable to provide a working room, and unable to provide plumber and even though they charged me said Expedia needs to give me the refund which Expedia says is untrue I’m yet to receive a refund at a place I never even got to stay Rooms were also dirty

The toilet wood flush the shower wasn’t hot. The stove did not work. The only thing that worked in the room was the AC and refrigerator in the microwave. Talk to staff and they told him they couldn’t do anything about it. I could not get a refund so if I were anybody who was coming to mesa, az don’t dare go to this place
