Fabulous and cozy apartment conveniently located in Mesa, in a gated building. Fully furnished studio with king bed, private bath, and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. The living room features a TV with access to local cable. Visitors will also have access to the community pool (non-heated) and hot tub. This is a hotel-conversion, phase one. There will be light construction on other side of property. Newly renovated studio located in Mesa. It’s close too many amenities, including Spring Training , a family fun park, restaurants, Mesa Art Center, shopping and freeways. You can also enjoy the amazing Arizona weather at the pool just steps away. This room has recently been completely updated. The unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 2 in a King Bed. Guests will have convenient parking and be able to come and go as they please with the convenience of the self-check-in smart lock. The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet complex with other vacation rentals. We have onsite parking within a gated complex. Driving is the preferred way of moving around the neighborhood. *Hohokam Spring Training Facility is less than 10 miles away! Several other spring training facilities within 20 minutes. *Walking distance to Starbucks , room also features a coffee maker. *Grand Canyon National Park - 4 hour drive We will always respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. Should anything come up during your stay - please reach out. We are standing by to help resolve any and all issues.

Wonderful birthday weekend
We were so impressed hubby wants to look into renting monthly and just live here!! Only complaint is the tub and sink drained a little slow....otherwise was perfect

We ended up staying at a hotel instead. Unsafe (deadbolt on the door was loose), unclean, smelled like cigarettes, not what was pictured. All attempts to reach prop manager unanswered.

Simple, Clean Accommodations - a problem free stay
The check-in process is very, very easy, I was notified in advance of all of the gate and door codes. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans and silverware for basic cooking, the room was spacious and clean, parking was easy, although it does get a bit crowded at night. Convenient access to the freeway and food, I would definitely stay here again, Great value.
