Great modern hotel in a safe area. Very spacious stylish room with balcony. Kettle in room to make coffee/tea. Staff were helpful and friendly. I used the laundry service and it was faultless. Great amenities. Shower had hot water. Strong WiFi signal. Breakfast was delicious. Restaurant served great food afterwards. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay

The place was exceptional really, if there’s something I have to say is just probably the tv in my room. It’s not up to standards really for the service that they are providing. My tv in the bedroom was very blurry at times. Aside from this I have no other concerns the rest is exceptional. Staff are great and very friendly, if I will be around Phom Phen again in the future this is going to be my first choice…..

had a disappointing stay at this hotel in Battambang. Unfortunately, there is ongoing construction right next to it, and the roads and the hotel itself are constantly filled with dust. The air quality was so poor that staying outside for even a short period was unbearable, and I ended up with a sore throat from breathing it in. The hallways inside the hotel were also dusty, making it feel unclean. The location is surrounded by noise and has a very commercial vibe, with nothing appealing or relaxing in the immediate area. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the environment and cleanliness

So spacious and location is awesome

Normally, I stay in the two Marriott’s here in Phnom Penh and then saw an advertisement for this hotel on Google and saw how huge the rooms were. I quickly canceled my upcoming reservation at Courtyard and booked it with Luxcity Hotel and so happy that I did. Staff are so amazing and helpful. Wi-Fi was wicked fast 250mb up/down. Was able to do my video calls with work and download some updates at blazing fast speeds. The breakfast buffet was quite good not the largest selection in the city but had 3 excellent stir fry’s and hot noodle soup (kuytiew) and I happen to love that type of soup for breakfast. Sokkem helped me check in and gave me the lay out of the land. So kind and patient, the staff here are very attentive and top notch. Always willing to help and answer any questions. I opted for the airport transportation. I think it was only like $20. The van was so spacious and comfortable, and the driver was so positive and fun. He always had a smile on his face. I love the water pressure in this hotel! If only my home had that. I appreciated having a full-size refrigerator for all of my leftovers. The rooms were so quiet I couldn’t hear anybody near me above below or outside There were 2 air conditioning control units which helped keep my bedroom cooler than the main room. I can’t wait to come back again. I’m a regular in this country. My only fear is this place will get so popular I won’t be able to come back during the holidays.

This hotel is a 5 star hotel with amazing rooms, bathrooms, and views. The Aurora sky lounge is impeccable with a great pool, view of the city, service, and dining options. We also had free breakfast on our last day in the lobby.
