We stayed on the third floor at first, but the room was terrible. Noisy, cigarette smell comes in through the bathroom, I woke up because of the smell. But we asked for a room change and they gave us a new room, which was great.

Standard Double Room is 15 m2, not 20 m2
Their Standard Double Room is 15 m2, not 20 m2 as advertised. There's a rooftop restaurant that has a nice view. Walking distance from the hotel, there's three options for nightlife, Venise KTV, Marock Club, or City Light KTV.
This is a comfortable and good value for money hotel with a great city view from the top floor restaurant. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the location, which is a little back from the action.
No room safe!!!
Rickety door to room.
Smell of urine from bathroom
Dark and dingy.
Saying that it's ok for students as the majority of them enjoy living in their own squalor!!
Although it is a bit small, the hotel has everything the 3 star hotel should have. Would recommend to those solo getaway :-)

Fine
Had to xfer in a short notice due to previous hotel's overbooking. Staff were very polite, room was not the usual queen bed (two single beds combined) ac was not so strong but a fan did helped, way too far from the city center but the food served in their coffee shop were fine.
I stayed in Phnom Penh for 10 days. I loved this hotel, and I will book it the next time I go to Phnom Penh. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. There is a lovely rooftop restaurant, and the food is quite excellent at a very reasonable cost. The rooms are clean, fairly basic, but more than adequate, with standard bathroom and showering facilities. A local central market is within walking distance, as are a number of other restaurants and daily life of people from all walks of life in the city. You can get anywhere by tuk-tuk or taxi, and the hotel was very well located for my needs.

A cheap alternative if you don't mind walking.
The hotel was exactly as expected given how much I paid. The room was nothing fancy, but everything worked, although the leaking shower head was slightly annoying. The hotel is quite far away from the main tourist attractions, so unless you like to walk, you should factor tuktuk fares into the price.
Hidden backstreet, staff whom English wasn't great
The room was clean but well below standard. The staff whist friendly couldnf speak any English and we're unable to help us Ina anyway. The breakfast was ok but very limited.monly good thing was the rooftop area witha. Nice cool breeze. We won't be coming back.

Clean & Reasonable price.
Hotel is away from the attractions and requires a taxi or tuk-tuk ride to everywhere. The restaurant on the roof is reasonable without being exciting- but as there are no other options locally you either eat & drink there or catch a taxi.
Way far from the center in a very poor quarter unsecure at night
The only places of interest around are the olympic stadium where you can join the popular Aerobic sessions, and the market.
For a hotel that costs less than $20 dollars a night and throws in breakfast all comments need to be taken with this in mind.
The rooms are variable, we started with a fairly small dark room. Clean, but aged from probably a higher spec hotel in the past. The second room we stayed in, after our Halong Bay trip, was at the front with a big window and city view. This was a very nice room, for the money.
The staff are very friendly, especially Tony who has great English and loves to have a joke. We were given directions anywhere, and travel advice. There was no selling of their own trips either, which was refreshing. Felt really welcome at this hotel, and for us that was the most important thing.
The room is really small. No separation between toilet and shower other than a curtain. They also charge additional per day if you have more than 1 person. Most hotel allow 2 people as part of the base charge for a double room. You can do better if you factor in the additional charge. Location is next to a busy market.
This was a reasonable experience and we considered that it was goood value for what we paid. The Hotel has had very little spent on it by way of maintance but is of acceptable standard. As almost all of the staff speak no english ordering of food and drinks was a little bit of a problem but they were all only to pleased to do whatever they could to help. The hotel is situated only five minutes walk to a huge market ( up stairs has very good jewlery sellers who were all honest about what they had to sell) It should be noted that US$ is the currency everything is priced in and the best deals are all in UD$. The tuktuks are outside the hotel and it is only a few munutes ride to the major attractions. We would recommend this hotel to any traveller it is good value.
The bed sheets were dirty when we got to our room... they hadnt been changed from the previous guest

Hang Neak Hotel
Out of the way from the centre the city, and located in not a desirable neighbourhood - very close to the S21 Genocide Museum and the Olympic Stadium. Tuk Tuk drivers didn't even know where it was and inevitably got lost a few times. Staff tried their best but didn't have much experience.

Nice staff
The hotel is isolated and very quiet area. Tansport is easy however. Staff was nice and gave me football tickets which was fun. Cheap but not for a first time traveler.
Great Hotel. Nice rooftop restaurant. Only location lacking.
Helpful, friendly staff. Awesome view from the rooftop restaurant and cafe. Kind of out of the way, but still only a 2-3 dollar tuk-tuk ride from the main tourist areas.
