Staff was super helpful & nice. The beach is right there & beautiful with watersports offered. Only downside is its not a “luxury” stay & we had a few german roaches visit us in the bathroom of our room. The hotel could use renovations but overall we enjoyed our stay & the staff & locals were amazing.

Everything shuts down at night. Loads of shops in the day. 4 or 5 Casinos. The hotel is very nice. Right in the best location. All the staff is very friendly. They did make us wait til 3:00 to check in that was hard but they stored our luggage so we could walk around. The bar is nice and the bar food is very good. The restaurant is also good. The rooms have lots of areas to unpack your stuff.

The staff that I came in contact with was was A1. Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating for the most part. The location is great for shopping. It is also walking distance from the cruise port. The beach at the hotel wasn't the best, probably because of all the ships constantly passing through making the water slightly murky. Although Expedia lists this as a four star property, i'd say its a 2.5 star property at best as far as room quality. There were a number of issues with my room including a a major concern that i was unable to have rectified during my stay. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest and could use some renovations. I did rent a vehicle through the hotel and although it wasnt a pleasant experience, the hotel manager did negotiate a refund for me with the rebral company which was great. Overall i would not recommend this hotel, nor would i stay there again.

The people, the ambience everything was great. It was off-season so it was basically empty and quite enjoyable. I loved every bit of it. Definitely recommend and will come back

I enjoyed my stay I just wish breakfast was included for all and not a selected few. The front desk staff was great but I think a little confusing at times with explaining things clearly. All in all I would stay there again and would just be prepared to spend for breakfast lunch and dinner.
