The elevator at the property (three story, with no ground floor rooms) was not operational for most of the stay including the end. The property staff did not seem concerned with the guests and their issues. While I was able to move my items downstairs, I believe that the hotel is out of ADA compliance and the general manager didnt seem to be to concerned.

The property is very nice and well maintained, with the exception of the elevator. The elevator was out of service the entire week of my stay and walking up 3 flights with luggage was a hassle.

A wonderful stay!! The staff are very pleasant, helpful and always had a smile! The room was spacious, well furnished and pretty clean. (A little dusting needed in a couple areas but for the most part clean). The iInns restaurant is beautiful with terrific service and the food was excellent. The area is quiet, but with shopping opportunities within walking distance. I recommend this Inn and will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

S’wonderful!
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the beds were heavenly! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and gracious. Smiles are worth everything these days and they were abundant! I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

A lovely place to stay- my sister and I had a bridal shower in media so it was an ideal location Excellent service at front desk by Simone and Cathy in housekeeping Only negative was the rate for out of season- thought it should have been less expensive- the inn was virtually empty

Lovely Inn in a great location in Swarthmore if you are looking at the school or just visiting. Quiet, comfortable rooms with all you need, great restaurant and breakfast was lovely. Staff attentive and unbeatable location. Would highly recommend and return

Stayed in a king size room very large and comfy room. The bed was comfy but on the shorter side my husband whom is 6 foot tall just fit on the bed, if any taller his feet would of dangled off.
