Parking is not free
Newish facility. Very clean. Friendly staff. However, I Had to ask for bedding for the trundle bed. Breakfast food was subpar. And I was not happy at all to have to pay $12 a night for parking.

Room preference for shower was switched at check in (don’t offer the option online, if you are just going to change it when checking in. I prefer the roll in shower to the tub). There were no towels to dry off with. I’m sure it was just an oversight by housekeeping and I didn’t think to go hunting for a towel before getting in the shower.

Nice motel, inadequate housekeeping.
This room was booked for 5 people but only contained towels/washcloths for 3. It took about 2 hours to get additional. Upside: the breakfast was good, lady in charge was attentive.

Hotel is getting a bit dated, hotel shuttle issues with being on time even though we made a time the night before, picking up at airport was also an issue, although the driver was excellent. Seems communication and attention to detail is being overlooked here

Room is good. Staff was generally friendly. But with my 3-night stay, there was no WiFi! I could not do any work. Front desk told me the wifi was down and they didn't know when it will be back. Long story short, I spent multiple trips to front desk and was given a phone number for ME to follow up. Then I spent 3x1 hour with the tech support within 3 days. Initially the support told me that I should contact the hotel instead and was put on hold for a whole hour before got disconnected. Anyway, on my last day, with the 3rd phone call it was finally resolved. I felt it was not my job to solve this issue but I ended up (had to) doing it.
