•When you walk into our home, you will be welcomed 9 ft ceilings and great window space engulfed with natural light!
•Living room area with beautiful hardwood flooring, plantation shutters & stylish decor.
•Comfortable & modern seating area with Smart TV entertainment. (You will need to sign in with your own credentials for Netflix, Hulu, etc)
•Dining area flanked with a rounded wooden table top and brass flute accented bottom.
•Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, chevron backsplash, floating shelves, top shelf kitchen gadgets and quartz counter tops.
•Conveniently located powder room with European styled wallpaper.

SECOND FLOOR
•You will need to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor, which contains 2 of the 3 bedrooms, a hall bath and laundry room.
•Bedroom 2- naturally lit front bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV, ample sized closet and seating area.
•Bedroom 3= Back room has a Full size bed, roll-out trundle, large closet & Smart TV.

THIRD FLOOR
•Up one more level is the Primary suite level with pull out couch, ample floating shelves for storage, clothing, etc. Queen bed, Smart TV, seating area large double rod closet along with additional closet.
•Large primary en suite with stunning tile, double vanity and stylish finishes.

The guest will be able to check-in at any time after 3:00 PM (no time limit) as we have a smart lock in this location.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking

★CANCELLATION POLICY★
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if check-in date is at least 14 days in advance. No refunds bookings Cancelled with in 14 days before check-in.
