I stay here often. This time I tried to check in a couple hours early and they told me my room was available but that I would have to pay a $50 early check-in fee. I travel very often and I have never heard of this. I ended up having to argue with the lady at the front desk to not pay $50 extra. Ultimately the manager took the charge off, but it was a ridiculous thing to have to do. The lady at the front desk said that all hotels do this, but I know for a fact that that is not true. This made for an unpleasant experience from the second. I got there.

This hotel is not worth the price. It’s like a basic 2 star hotel, I felt like I was at an Econlodge or Red roof Inn. Then they charged us an extra day even though we checked out before the time, so we had to get our bank involved. I would never stay here again. Another issue is having to wait about 30 minutes to get your car from their parking garage.

Shady online pricing. Service not great
Checked in with a pet. No mention of the $75 pet fee online. Other hotels were transparent, and were priced slightly higher as a result. Nicer hotels. Ended up spending more here. After checkout scanned parking ($60 for overnight stay), vehicle not found in scan. Waited 45 minutes for my car. Not the attendants’ fault they were hustling. Tiny room. Clean though with a great bed. Without a pet and parking at an alternate lot maybe, but all things considered I will stay elsewhere.
