Very convenient to popular tourist attractions. Many food options. Late night food also available at some places. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was alright. I have seen it better at other hotels but I’ve also seen it worse. Bagels/waffle machine/cereal/muffins/coffee/tea/oj/apple juice/hard boiled eggs during week. They did have bacon and eggs on the weekend but it was not good. The only negative is the parking. $25 per night which isn’t horrible but I think hotel guests should either have free parking or much less than $25. The lot was very convenient right next to hotel which was a plus. But the $50 we had to pay for parking made the value of hotel go down. I would probably stay there again but would in a heartbeat if the parking fee was better. Right in Chinatown…felt safe, even during a late night stroll. Some homeless but sadly that’s most cities. Overall a good stay.

The comforter, the sheet and bed pad were all stained , i was told they were clean, just old, the bed pad looked liked someone peed in the bed. The hall carpets were filthy. The toilet seat in the room was broken and unstable. The carpet in the room and the bathtub floor were filthy

The hotel is situated in Chinatown; smells are not always welcoming. However, the hotel is a few steps away from Reading Terminal, shopping mall and many other attractions. Rooms are basic but quite spacious. Breakfast is also basic but ok.

The hotel is in need of some upgrades in flooring and furnishings. The phone in my room did not work and the TV remote did not work either. The staff was great in resolving another issue with a guest and did get us into our rooms late but they did their best.

Nice stay in a tough location
Seems the events in the city create price gauging. Was concerned over parking and location. Parking went well. $25 in cash. Accessed it easy enough and left and came back with no issues. Location is sketchy. Google street viewer is a OMG moment. But we came and went with no issues. A few blocks away is the amazing Reading Terminal. Once inside it is very nice. The room was great and clean. So kudos to the hotel team for doing what they can in a tough location. The price was just ridiculous.

The receptionists were nice and respectful. I met three diffrent person in the front desk and all were very helpful and responsible. I'd like to appreciate Sinhaja, the front desk agent who let me stay in the hotel's meeting room a few more hours after cheicking out in the stormy and rainy day to finish my work applications.
