I had a wonderful stay. I originally booked a 3 night stay. I ended up extending my stay 2 more nights. Upon arrival the front desk attendant was very pleasant and welcoming. My room was clean. The pool area was well maintained. I think the jacuzzi could have been a little more maintained. The color of the water was a little off to me. I only went to breakfast my last two days. They offered way more than what I was expecting. Scrambled eggs, potato's and sausages. They had turkey sausages one day and pork they next day. I wasn't happy about the pork sausages, because I don't eat pork. They also had pastries, waffles, fruit & more. The two days I attended breakfast. I feel like the kitchen staff could have been a little more pleasant. It did get a little hectic, but there were comments made they were a little offensive. Overall I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend and I'll definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience except the global computer system crash. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great big thank you to Alfonso who did everything possible to make sure we had access to our room despite the system wide failure for the key system. Thank you and just have one thing to mention about breakfast area- the tables not cleaned off, outdoor seating not wiped down.

The room had ants. It this hot weather the hotels air conditioning was not working properly. The window unit they sent up was broken and we had to have fans blowing on us to try and sleep. They did provide compensation on our bill that we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was good.
