We had a very nice enjoyable stay. Joseph the manager was super friendly and very kind to us. We will defiantly be back! The room was comfy and clean. The jetted tub was relaxing....Thank You for a top notch experience!

The room was dirty, there were roaches, the heat,/air didn't work right, the refrigerator didn't work, all their ice machines have been broken for months according to other reviews, the pillows were s joke, of course they didn't have any. Was told to email the general manager with my complaints, I did, no response. This place is a dump that takes your money and doesn't care what kind of room you get, they literally don't care

In short, my stay at Quality Inn was okay. The facilities are average and the amenities are light as was expected. The curb appeal is lacking with some worn and damaged shutters and the shower was in need of a major upgrade; the whirlpool tub isn't easy to get out of so avoid it if you're not going to use it and don't want the hassle. One other needed update is an automatic front door; getting in and out with a luggage cart isn't easy when you have to pull/push open a door. The bed was decent and the rooms are okay, although the carpet was also stained. The TVs should be cleared from previous guests as we were woken up at 6:00am with it blasting. It's not horrible for a one night stay, but expect an average night at an average hotel.

Front desk staff was always courteous and helpful. Eveything was clean and comfortable. A couple of tiny areas of wear and tear, but nothing that would keep me from coming back. Free breakfast was minimal, but sufficient. The only complaint was the coffee at breakfast - it tasted like instant and was not good.

This hotel looks fine from outside, but is very dated and strangely empty. It is also dark and has an old, musty smell. If you are a woman’s traveling alone DO NOT stay here! The general manager was also very rude to me.
