The biggest inconvenience for us was that we had to call to get the shuttle and when you have an out of phone country that is not very easy. We ended up waiting over an hour to get a shuttle to the hotel. The pool is also outdoor which I don't think I knew before checking in. On the plus side, the room was clean and comfortable.
