Not sure how this hotel has an 8/10 rating. It is dingy, old, dirty, and not at all like the pictures show. The smell of Marijuana is overpowering. The only nice thing I have to say is the matience guy that came in and had to replace our entire AC unit, because the one in the room didnt work, was nice and worked extremely fast to get us some AC.

The first room that I got to the heater did not work. The second room was absolutely filthy. The sheets seem to be clean, and the bed was comfortable. The people in the next room were smoking pot all night long. It was not a great experience. I also waited almost 30 minutes for the shuttle, the shuttle driver was pleasant. He was driving an SUV so could only take a few people at a time which seem to be a problem going back to the airport was not impressed at all.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Not only were the 3 rooms I got not clean. But the staff wasn’t great. The building seems like it’s falling apart. I could go on but I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Spend the money and go somewhere else.

The location of the Hotel was perfect to get around to certain areas The hotel rooms need to be upgrades. The bathroom needed to be remodeled. And they had rusted lights in the room. Needed better cleaning service. There was hair all over the bathroom floorr. The toliets seat was peeling.

Waited 1 hr at the airport for the shuttle, called 3 times to inquire and each time was told the driver was on its way. When asked to confirm if we’re looking for a shuttle with the hotel name was the told to look for a black SUV. The SUV had the old hotel logo( Wyndham Garden). At 3:30 when we made our way to the room there were old bedding all over the hallway and smelled of weed. Denny’s was next door and food was great. Hotel was old and not well maintained. Staff was decent when approached but don’t expect a “Hi” or “Good morning” otherwise. Overall not a great experience but you get what you paid. Can’t complain since it was only a layover stay.

Called 4 times from Phila. Airport for shuttle. Never showed up. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. Indian woman said it would be 10-15 minutes on 3separate occasions. Never got to hotel and lost 75.00 I prepaid. Total joke….standing out in 27 degree weather. Expedia and this Wyndham hotel will be hearing from me.

When we got there the last was nice enough. Told us they had a laundry but no soap and that they had a great shuttle we should drop off are rental to make the morning easier. So we went to Walmart bought laundry supplies and some frozen dinners, drooped of the rental. The shuttle passed us by and never even stopped, we called said he didn't understand B as in boy went to D. It was freezing out, but I'm honest mistake. Get to hotel, no laundry, what!!!! No microwave??? 16$ a day off you want one?? Wall paper coming off the walls. I don't like to complain because it was cheap but come on...

When we tried to check in, we were told we did not have a reservation even though we had paid in full a nd even called the hotel to say we were coming after midnight. After some time, the clerk saw a note that the previous clerk left stating that they had already checked us in! The clerk apologized and gave us our room. Upon entering our room it was blistering hot and we could not turn the heat down and we were unable to lock our room door. We told the clerk and she happily gave us a new room. Upon check out, there was a new clerk and she was not helpful or friendly at all. Overall our stay was okay but we would not stay here again after the hassle we had to endure and the unfriendly morning clerk.

The staff was awesome and did a lot to pick me up and drop me off with shuttle. But my room was not cleaned all the way bed was not made and there was multiple soaps that were unwrapped and seemed like the room was not properly cleaned. I wanted to complain but at check in I heard two other people with similar complaints. Overally it was okay for price and convenience since I had a 445 a.m. boarding time but wow I wont be back. Good for price not for me.
