Our flight was delayed and I quickly booked a 2 bedroom suite at this place since it was close to the airport and we had an early departure. It was a big mistake. When we got to the room it smelled of pesticide and I killed two mosquitos inside the room before I could find the lightswitch. We couldn't sleep there and left immediately. I got a full refund. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Linen Deficiency
The only issue I had was upon arrival there @ 3pm was no linen on the bed. I walked to the Lobby to informed the clerk. I was told it would be taken to the room..@ 6pm.. three hours later, my grandson went back to the Lobby about it. He was given linen in a plastic bag to go make up the bed..VERY bad image. Also, the shower stepped-out floor towel was dirty, the linen person just flipped it over on the other side, instead of changing it.

The hotel room was nice and soacious. However, the fire alarm was beeping in the room and when we tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. The tv didn't have any channels and wasn't hooked up to the internet and when you took a shower, the drain was so slow that the tub filled up with water.

After pleasantly getting an early checkin, we found the room smelled like smoke despite it being a no smoking room. The smell was imbedded in the carpet and bed. The door to the room (and outside) did mot seem that secure. We could not get an uber to attend game despite it being by airport. Dining options limited to.two adjacent hotels.

Cons: Musty/smokey smelling suite, certain cable channels weren't available, several guests (?) soliciting. Pros: Nice outdoor pool, baseball hoop, plenty of parking, spacious suite, good a/c, nice staff, 24 hr coffee. The breakfast options could be much better. Not sure if I'll revisit.

This property has tremendous potential to be amazing, however it's falling short. Before our arrival we were called to let us know that the air conditioner in one of our rooms broke and they were giving us a different room. We checked in around midnight and when we arrived there were two men smoking marijuana in the front parking lot. We were traveling with a group of 8 and had 2 rooms. The first room smelled of cigarette smoke when we went in and was much smaller than the room we booked (2 bedroom suite) Probably because of the broken air conditioner, but we were not offered a refund for the difference in the room accomodations until I contacted Expedia. The room was fine except that it was dirty: Build up of dust on the fan, vacuuming only certain areas, pee on toilet seat, and tub dirty. Went back to the office to see about getting an air freshener for the smoked in room and the clerk offered a different room. I thoroughly enjoyed that customer service. The next room smelled of moth balls covering the smell of marijuana and dirty. Too tired, we kept that room. On inspection of both rooms there was damage to areas. In the agreement you sign you have to notify the front desk of any damage. I spent the next 30 min taking pictures of the damage and uncleanliness in the rooms and went to the front desk to report it and get bedding for the pull out couch. I would feel comfortable staying with a group but not traveling alone. I would stay again hoping it would be cleaner.
