I will never stay here again. One staff member was very rude when I was visiting with my special needs daughter. Instead of providing support and understanding, they made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s essential for hotels to create a positive environment for all guests, especially those with special needs. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I stay at this property every year when I come to Philadelphia for a bike ride. They store my bike for me. Parking is reasonably easy. It is always an enjoyable stay.

I LOVED the location and the convenience of all of the stores and markets. The view was spectacular. The only thing I didn't like is the advertising for the Penthouse because it was a regular room.

Customer service was OK but the cleanliness of the property in room was very poor. Had to switch my room because the toilet stopped working in the room was not cleaned properly.

This was a saving grace from another hotel I almost stayed at near the airport. I came late at night and booked a room with ease. The staff was friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was good with lots of options. I had a great view of the city from my room. It was such such a great experience!
