Really need an upgrade. Fridge door loose. TV mount broken. Toilet seat bigger than toilet rim. Door can't open properly. It gets jammed halfway.

Never again!
Awful! We stayed for about 45 minutes after checking in and went to a different hotel. Dirty! Toilet was filthy. Fecal mater in the tub. We were afraid to sit on the bed. The whole hotel smelled like EVERYTHING. Weed, alcohol, old food. We have pictures and video from before we left. When we checked in to our second hotel, I had to shower because I felt so dirty. I will say the young lady at the front desk was very nice.
