Not the best but not bad.
Just a few minor things, the shower curtain was moldy, the bathroom sink didn't drain, the microwave had a very strong mold odor and there were a lot of ants in the room.

staff at front desk was very unhelpful people outside partying and following us through the parking lot and rooms had cigarette buds on the bed from whoever was there prior

The room was okay. Great bed and linens were clean. Ceiling in bathroom was falling in. Filth caked in the corners. Mystery drips and splashes on the walls and over the sink that could probably easily be washed off.

Never going back there
The cops were there several times while we were there. The room was okay. The shower was dirty. The bed linens didnt smell clean. We ended up having to leave a day early due to a family emergency and they wouldn't even refund any of our money back.
