The bar/ pool wasn’t open and our room shower did not work, they had to switch our room and one of the staff member wasn’t Pleasant to us she had an attitude problem.

Wow. On a main street, but recessed and serene. Our room had a tinted picture window. And keurig. And fridge. Spacious. Two comfortable chairs with arms. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast included, extended continental with lots of breakfast choices. WiFi. We originally booked another hotel (nonrefundable) which had some serious issues. Inn at Fox Chase was mentioned by waiter at restaurant. We booked thru Expedia, after first calling hotel directly. Online was a way better and welcome price. Thrilled about this choice.

Breakfast was great everyone was pleasant and nice. The only thing my AC didn’t work that well and we were there for two nights and they didn’t clean our room. When I asked the staff if they can in the morning the girl said “I don’t have your side but the girl who does knows what to do.” Later when we got back, I had to call down to front desk and they gave us clean towels.

We needed a place to stay because of my son being displaced from his apartment due to water damage. We couldn't have made a better choice. The Front Desk Staff was incredible. Salvatore went above and beyond with his friendliness and genuine concern for our situation. We rebooked this hotel for the remainder of the time it will take to repair the apartment.
