I chose this hotel to stay at for a conference that took place at the convention center in downtown Philly. My stay here was absolutely amazing. The room was great and comfortable, the staff was super friendly, If there are no events happening at the hotel, then there is plenty of on street parking, otherwise they do have a parking lot down the street very close to the hotel for $20 during my stay. They served hot breakfast every day and there is something magical about their eggs, because it tasted fantastic. I would totally stay here again. Plus they are located right next to target, which was extremely convenient since the hotel rooms have a kitchen.

Best coffee at a hotel, I typically have to go get coffee elsewhere but the coffee is good here. Good location, parking is not on-site. Staff was very nice, I would definitely stay again.

The room was nice and clean. WiFi didn't work and front desk wasn't able to resolve the issue. Parking is a bit difficult, either on street parking or a somewhat sketchy lot around the corner but it was free.

We stayed at Homewood Suites on September 7th. Need to use the sofa bed for the kids. Requested bedding for the sofa bed 3 times and kept waiting. My wife had to go to the front desk and bring the bedding herself. Make it worse, the room did not have any phone! When went to the bathroom to take a shower, body soap container was empty; again, my wife had to go to the front desk and get it by herself. Front desk supervisor said they will refund our stay for the inconvenience but since the reservation was through Expedia, the request has to be made by Expedia. Today I was informed that Expedia contacted them and the hotel is denying any refund.
