Modern and functional, with very nice staff
This was a comfortable room with good amenities; very nice people working there and a really good breakfast. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean, Minor complaint: dog hair was numerous over and around the desk; we love dogs !; but don't like the shedding. Other wise very good overall!

The lady whom works in the breakfast area is a delight she made my day everytime I came in contact with her.. The breakfast was yummy and convenient Only thing I didn't like is that they don't service the rood for short stays so I had to ask for towels Everything was in close proximity I would visit again

This was a good stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Super clean! Had to say that twice! We were able to leave the car at the hotel and catch their shuttle to the airport. They were on time, an we had a chance to enjoy a hot breakfast before heading to the airport. Self parking for a week was 60 bucks!

Service with a smile, but some details overlooked.
Staff was super friendly! On the downside, bathroom door was misfitted and very hard to open/close. Hair dryer didn’t work. Light controls in entry/kitchen area didn’t work well. Cleaners didn’t empty wastebasket fully before we checked in. Location, free parking and water bottles, good breakfast, were all plusses.

Not our best stay here
We've stayed here 6 or 7 times in the past but the last 2 times have shown a declining pattern of service. This time the room was not as clean as it ought to have been. I had to wipe down the counter, the bathroom smelled of mold and there was mold at the bottom of the shower. The air conditioner was noisy again as it was last time. But worst of the all the pool was icy cold and unusable to us. When I informed the desk clerk she seemed unable to understand what to do, so I suggested she call someone in maintenance. Later a sign appeared stating the pool heater was broken so we did not get to use the pool. That was half the reason we choose this place but we will have to rethink as it seems to be declining.

Room not cleanliness acceptable by me but we had no choice but to stay due to a family obligation Room was dusty and not as clean as I would like Queen beds are full beds and are uncomfortable Room we were in faced the interstate and it was LOUD Not to mention machinery on roof (assume it was a very large condensing unit) was above our top floor room and was loud We asked for handicap accessible room when booking - that was not available The room was not clean

Enjoyed our stay at Home2Suites. Only 15 minutes from PHL International. Clean rooms, comfy beds, Kitchen area well appointed. Well stocked breakfast and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I stay before at the same hotel 9 months ago and was clean and better breakfast. This time clogged bathroom, mold on the tubvand stinky carpet. Report the problem to reception and didn't do anything about. Breakfast variety is poor.

Needed to be close to Swarthmore. Staff was very helpful and location was convenient. Was within 15 minutes of Swarthmore even during rush hour.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful, the rooms are well-equipped, and the overall environment of the hotel is very pleasant and clean. The shuttle service was great and we loved the breakfast bar which had a variety of options to choose from and were tasty; my daughter's favorite part was the fresh fruit juices available at the entrance. We loved the quiet location and really enjoyed our stay.
