Good value, skip the free breakfast
Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was awful. Pillows worse. Breakfast was rough; the staff wouldn’t let guests self serve the waffles and as a result, they were all rock hard and overcooked (and it took a long time). My kids were pretty unhappy. Coffee wasn’t ready when I needed it. Convenient location, room was pretty clean, not immaculate. Our room had working appliances which was nice.

close proximity to convention center and center city, many food options nearby, very walkable area. one elevator was down the entirety of my stay, so 'peak times' were slow. It was fine for the purposes of attending a conference nearby.

Poor customer service. Coffee maker without coffee in the room. No sheets for sofa bed. Reserved king room and got a double. Front desk said they gave our room away. Guy at desk interrupted my questions. Not worth the money.
