Great Long Stay
Stayed here for a week. A nice clear hotel that is nothing fancy, but is inviting. Recetly renovated and nice sized breakfast area. Would stay here again.

The property, itself, looks well maintained but that’s deceptive. The dark haired taller stout male was friendly or helpful. No welcome to the Hampton Inn just “ID please.” He also gave one room key rather than ask if I needed a second room key. The elevator and doors to each room look worn. Also, the smell of pot smoke filled the air and made us gag. We won’t be back.

Hampton-Inn check-in dilemma @ Willow Grove, PA
My stay at the Hampton-Inn was fine; however,, my check-in was not handled properly. I had originally booked for 2-nights, but realized I can do OK with just one night. Even thought I showed my confirmation at the Front Desk, the Clerk was not comfortable with my confirmation and asked me to contact Hotels Service to confirm my stay. Hotel.com team made the correction properly, but Hampton-In did not update their files causing the mix-up. My check-in was delayed but eventually resolved.

The hotel is the closest to my daughter, but there are others nearby. We’ve stayed here before and didn’t have this issue. The staff were wheeling towels or something in bins into the room above us, all night long. This kept my wife and I awake all night.
