Welcome to this charming, family friendly home in a quiet neighborhood!
The layout:
Enter on the main floor to find a charming living room, large dining table and large kitchen to prepare your meals!
Head to the second floor to find 3 appointment bedrooms.
-The first bedroom has a queen bed and two build in desks, perfect work remote work or homework!
-The second bedroom has a queen bed, little reading nook and a wardrobe for storage.
-The third bedroom has a twin size day bed and rocking chair.
Also on the second floor is the full bathroom.
Head back downstairs to find the entrance to your private patio.
The basement is set up as a cozy game room with TV, couch, cozy corner chair and board games. The washer and dryer is also located on this level.
You have access to the whole home, front porch and back patio! There is a locked door in the basement for housekeeping storage. The owners have some items stored in select cabinets but there is still plenty of room for your belongings.

Fairmount is a neighborhood in the lower north side of Philadelphia. It is primarily residential, so you will truly know what its like to be a Philadelphian!

-Dogs are welcome for a fee of $250 per pet. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog. Limit of 2.
-Street parking can sometimes be tricky, please be sure to read all signage carefully. We recommend using the SpotHero app to help find parking!
-There is a highchair in the basement and a pack and play in the front bedroom closet you are welcome to use (please bring your own sheets for the standard size pack and play)

We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!
House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
