Wouldn't stay there again
Service was poor and the room was small (king size bed very small), with an HVAC vent nearly on top of the bed itself. Front desk couldn't bother to say hello. Wouldn't stay there again.

I had a good stay. I was initially checked in by Letitia, and she was pleasant and informative. There was a guy up front -- I think his name may have been Yao or Kao. He was helpful. Later, I met Rosie -- I think on 2 different mornings, and she was helpful. And, so too was Malik, whom I encountered late at night / early morning -- very pleasant and helpful. I bumped into the manager -- names Tim Carroll -- on my last morning. And, he was very helpful as I was sorting out things prior to checkout (including helping to route a "tip" to the housekeeper who cleaned my room the pervious day).

Great location with a lot to walk to and one block closed down for a Halloween party. Front desk staff are very helpful but the bar staff not so much. Breakfast was tasty and the coffee delicious but I would have liked it to be available till 10:00 instead of 9 or 9:30 on weekends.

Front desk staff sent me on a wild goose chase when I asked for directions to the parking lot. I even confirmed that it took me a long time to find the hotel after I parked and asked if they were sure where I had to go, but they sent me to the opposite direction- morons!!!

The front desk staff were all very welcoming and helpful for our first visit to Philadelphia. The room was clean and updated. Self parking was also conveniently located a block away.

Beware of Room Assignment
Certain employees were kind but others were extremely rude and curt for no reason. Overall, decent hotel but seemed a little unclean at arrival. The noise levels were something to note. We faced the side of the building close to the alley. HOLY COW the trashcan noises at all hours of the night ruined sleep the entire stay. Booker beware of room assignment.
