1. No Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities within the premises is strictly forbidden.
2. No Partying or Smoking: Partying and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.

4. Damage Reporting: Accidents happen. Should any damages occur, we request that you inform us immediately.

8. Neighborhood Courtesy and Quiet Hours: Be considerate of your neighbors by refraining from making loud noises after 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
9. Linen Care: We ask that you keep all bed sheets, linens, and towels clean. Any items found to be damaged, stained, or otherwise requiring replacement will be charged at retail price.
10. Energy Conservation: Please ensure all electronic devices such as the TV, lights, fans, AC/heating units, etc., are turned off upon checkout.
11. Checkout Policy: Guests must depart by their scheduled checkout time. Delays that impede our housekeeping staff may result in additional fees.

Stayed with my son for an Eagles game. Great location, close to restaurants and SEPTA. Nearby parking garage was convenient. The apartment is small and comfortable.

Well located and clean

This apartment is in the heart of the city and close to restaurants and shopping. Do note it is a 3rd floor walk up with very narrow spiral stairs which made carrying luggage difficult.

Great stay in Philly!!!

We loved our stay. Fabulous location. Walking distance to so many things. My companion had some difficulty with being on the 3rd floor and climbing the spiral staircase to get there. But other than that, we loved the place. Also close to Sprouts and Whole Foods if you have special food needs as we did. Quaint and quiet neighborhood but close to Broad street and public transportation. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Mother-daughter girls' weekend

This condominium is in a terrific location. We left the car in a parking garage all weekend and walked everywhere. We traveled to Philly to see Come From Away at the Kimmel Center. It was AMAZING! go if you can. We walked to Reading Terminal Market, Rittenhouse Square, Suprema Coffee Roastery, Scarpetta's for dinner, iHop for breakfast, and all were amazing! Philly hospitality was wonderful. The condo was clean and convenient. The host was always responsive to our questions. We had a great time and definitely recommend.

Nur die Lage reicht halt nicht

Die Lage hatten wir uns ja selbst ausgesucht, kein Fenster nach draußen bzw. nicht zu öffnen. Ein Messer, 2 Tassen usw. Naja, da fragt man sich halt vieles. Standards wären wirklich wichtig.
