Very clean room, hotel in genral was clean as well as the surrounding area. Room door was problematic (and stressful) to close...needed a full slam to secure. Parking was avaliable in the hotel but was less expensive using the parking service across the street.

This is such a fun and unique hotel. We really loved the decor and location. We had a small issue with our room when we checked in and were quickly moved to a different room so they could address it. Everything we wanted to visit was within close walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel has an absolutely fantastic vibe and staff are professional, personable and just great to be around. You will not be disappointed with the hotel and staff. All around good Philly hotel.
Overall good stay. The beds were very comfortable. The room was overall clean, bathroom could have used just a bit more attention. The rooms are on the small side, but adequate. They could use more front desk help. I felt for the employee when we first checked in around 5pm, she was the only working and she had quite the line, it took about a half hour to check as a result. The only major downside was our room was on the front side of the hotel and the valet employees were playing music pretty loud that went on ALL night, making it hard to sleep. The location was good, conveniently located.

There's a terrible noise coming from the AC in this hotel. You feel like you're on an airplane! We asked for a room change and they did! But the second room also had the same problem. Due to the noise, we couldn't sleep. Also, I saw a cockroach in the room, which isn't acceptable for a 4 star hotel. Although the location is good and the hotel is cute, I won't stay there
