Heat didn’t work for two nights shower head was corroded, we have been trying to contact a manager for weeks no answers No follow up we wanted at least an apology for the inconvenience especially with 29degree weather and two kids with no heat in the room with a 4 night stay

Broken elevator. Poor communication as to where to park our charter bus. Manager accused us of just trying to be difficult. On the fourth floor and not physically fit so walking up, the stairs was an issue.
