Nobody around when we tried to check in at 9pm. Eventually, somebody showed up to help. Get to the room and the key doesn't work - go back to front desk and nobody there again. The breakfast is very poor - mainly stale bagels and pastries. Room is small, dated, and has poor sound insulation to adjacent rooms and general building noise. The only positive is the location is good and central. Not what I would expect for a 3 star hotel

Hair on pillow, hairs in bed, stain on carpet, old looking, hard spotted brown towels, lackluster AC, teeny television with bad picture, plug far from bed under table, and creepy vibe. Thanks.

The rooms have the cheapest toilet paper imaginable. The carpet in my room had a huge stain next to the bed. The service is top notch. I interacted with many staff members and each and every one of them were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful and their smiles felt genuine.

There is no parking for Alexander Inn. You have to pay to park in a lot a couple blocks away. That was the only downside to our stay.

Not good at all. Not informed of a parade that would be going on when I booked my trip which consisted of Police, Fire trucks, city workers setting car alarms off at 3:30am and then continued to tow every car right out side my room. Could not get any sleep due to water pipes banging all day and night for my entire stay. Staff was nonexistent. Never again!
