This property was very average at best. The size of the rooms were nice, but that was the only plus. The area around the hotel was very dirty- literal trash everywhere. Parking was not available. Our car was too long to fit in the $40 per night parking. When we asked what where to park, we were not offered any information other than "I dont know." (although it was young college age adults wotking the counter.) The hot water in the showers did not last through 1 shower. When we arrived on the second night from dinner, our key card would not work to open the door, even though it was only 8:10 pm. We were stranded out in the rain. The woman behind the desk came and opened the door to tell us to try again and then shut the door on us. We tried to swipe the card again and it didn't work, so she came outside to show us how to swipe it, then went inside and shut the door on us again to try and get ourselves in. Still staning in the rain with 4 children, we finally figured out you cant keep the card in the "sleeve" to use. You have to take it out. We did not have a "bad" experience, but there was nothing special to make us come back to this area.

The room wasn’t ready at 3pm ( check in time) . Tha apartment is new, very clean , big and comfortable. Full kitchen, but unfortunately no single pot or pan. It would be nice to be able to make some tea. There is coffee and tea downstairs.

This is a brand new location when I visited. Everything was clean and efficient. This would have been five stars all the way around, except there was no self parking and valet parking was very expensive.

Great location, near public transportation. Quite a few eateries near by. ***Cookware is not stored in the room. You must ask the front desk.*** There isn't an iron in the room. Not sure if the front desk has one.

My fiancé and I stayed here for the night as we were in town for the game. It was a cute & cozy feel-at-home type of vibe. The customer service was great & they brought us extra blankets to our room. Loved the complimentary coffee in the morning! Would come back for sure 8.5/10. If they had a gym it would have been 10/10!

The rooms are nice, if you need parking though, call ahead and make sure its avaliable. The automatic system was broke and my family was relying on parking, no one told us until we got there.

Very new and clean hotel, room is spacious. Convenient hot water and coffee station, friendly staff. Short drive from the convention center. Will definitely stay again when I go to the convention center next year!
