We stayed 2 nights, it is quite a walk to Mui Ne but was a beautiful walk. The resort is beautiful old architecture but is in need of maintenance.
Staff are very nice, if you try to speak a little Vietnameese it goes along way and they will go out of their way to help.
You can can catch a local bus into town or ask the staff to rent you a motorbike.

Avoid if possible
Very disappointing stay. The hotel was not prepared to be open and didn’t seem interested at all. The private beach was covered in litter and there was nowhere to sit on the beach or even near it. The hotel is also miles away from anywhere so dining options are minimal.

Not really suitable for foreigners
Admittedly we chose this hotel based on the reasonable price and the decent looking photos. The location is outside of the main Mui Ne area, about ten minutes to the north which is still OK but there's nothing of interest within walking distance.
When we checked into the room we noticed that it was full of mosquitoes, the mattress was sunken on one side and the shower had only hot water. To their credit, the sent an army of workers within minutes to change the mattress, spray the room and replace the faulty hot/cold water mixer in the shower. The worker wasn't able to turn off the water mains so he changed it 'live' with water spraying out of the fitting as he worked. This pretty quickly filled the bathroom with water and the water then ran out into our bedroom. But they mopped it all up and everything was fine in the end.
The breakfast buffet has nothing familiar for foreigners except bread and fried eggs. But it's great if you like noodle soup, rice paper rolls and thick, black buttery coffee.

Resort close to the beach but so far from Mui Ne
Expedia explained "the resort offer free breakfast buffet and free WIFI in the all place" in the website. But,
Compared to the advertisement of website, breakfast was not so good(no buffet, the worst noodle in my this Vietnam travel), and you can't use wifi in the room.
And the Muine central area is far from this resort, so It's not easy to go market or bus terminal etc.

Fair for the price
A basic hotel, had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel it's self was a bit rough around the edges but no complaint. We got what we paid for.
The rooms were really nice and super clean. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. The place is in a really quiet location a long way from the main town. This is good and bad because unless you have your own scooter a cab is really expensive in. It's a pretty peaceful oittle but of beach HOWEVER when we were there the hotel obviously had a huge group booking. They BLASTED karaoke all night from the function stage which was just outside our window until about 11 pm on a Tuesday night. And Vietnamese people singing karaoke isn't always the best.
Stayed in January 2015 (still here) More than perfect for its value. Comfortable clean rooms, good food, friendly staff. Rented a Moto bike with a discount. Located 7 min drive from the touristic part of Mui Ne, which was a pro in our mind.

Average room, great quiet beach, good breakfast
The room (garden view standard) was small and plain, no view really but has
Hot water. Breakfast is a big buffet. Its out of the way so not crowded. Beach is nice. Walking distance from red sand dunes. Can rent motor bikes to explore the countryside. Overall it was a very nice stay and id come here again if im still on a small budget.
Very far away from town city as well as tourist site. The room is not clean and in poor condition. The hotel beach is full of rocks and the breakfast taste poor. The only good thing is the staff were very nice and helpful.
