Overnight stay on Kennet and Avon path.
Very comfortable beds, but seating in room was poor. No facilities in room. TV was communal in small communal dining area. Bathroom was down corridor from bedroom. Bedroom had no lock when leaving it. Communal kitchen had very limited crockery or cutlery. Eating options in Pewsey are limited. Breakfast was excellent. Owner friendly and helpful.

The Gold Twin Room is small and extremely basic for the price. We knew there was no TV and no ensuite, but there is also nowhere to hang clothes (a wardrobe is shown on website, but is not actually in the room). We had in fact booked the larger Ivory Room, but it was occupied by another client which was upsetting as we had avoided booking the Gold Room due to the distance of its bathroom.To compensate, the owner let us use the ensuite of an unbooked nearby room. But all in all, not a good stay I'm afraid.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room
The room and en-suite bathroom were very clean and comfortable despite the lack of a TV, radio or (alarm) clock. Food was hard to come by locally on a Sunday evening as there were no pubs selling food and only take-aways open.

Spacious clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Helpful owner. Didn't make any difference to us but be aware no tv in room - just in sitting room for everyone to watch. No security on processions in room while not in building. Unable to check in before 5.30 - be aware.

Clean, centrally located, with helpful owners, this is a good choice for anyone wanting a room for the night while walking the K&A canal.

Pleasant stay on my first night. Very clean, great cooked breakfast and conveniently located in the centre of town. I wish I'd known that the second night and morning won't be as pleasant as there were some family members and 3 boys under 10 playing. Maybe check with owners before booking if you plan to have a quiet stay.
