O lugar é super bonito e aconchegante, as toalhas não são impecáveis ou novas, mas as roupas de cama eram agradáveis e confortáveis, assim como o colchão muito bom! O café da manhã farto e com variedades, o atendimento foi ótimo, o William que foi meu recepcionista, super gentil e prestativo, as meninas do café da manhã educadas e simpáticas mas me incomodou perguntar se eu queria ma ok e alguma coisa, pois iriam retirar a mesa do café, sendo que eu desci par o café às 9:50, elas me fizeram a pergunta às 10h e o horário do café deveria encerrar às 10:30! Desnecessária essa pergunta. No mais, o dono da pousada também foi super agradável, e eu recomendo essa experiência!

A pousada é linda e super aconchegante. Eu amei o local. A única coisa que me desagradou foi a tv, pois não dava para colocar nos streams (como Netflix) e os poucos canais estavam chiando.

O local é um tanto dificil de acesso, principalmente se for a pé. As toalhas são daquelas que não secam direito. O desjejum é bom. Bastante opções. Sempre tem café e água para um chá, com biscoitos e torradas, a disposição. Lugar bem prazeroso. Gritos são ouvidos com frequencia devido a uma pessoa com transtornos que mora nas imediações.

Há o que se atentar e melhorar
1- Cama Queen estava com o colchão afundando. Somos um casal relativamente magro, de 75kg e, após algum tempo deitados, o colchão começava a afundar no centro da cama. Dormir com o colchão afundando não foi agradável. 2- Não está no controle do estabelecimento, mas é um fato insuportável: Existe um vizinho que passa o dia todo berrando gritos aleatórios, xingamentos, ofensas, assobios, grunhidos e barulhos de toda a sorte. É muito difícil não ser acordado por ele. Inicialmente somos informados que se trata de um vizinho que sofre de problemas mentais. Ao receber essa notícia, o hóspede pode até ser compreensivo, mas esse foi um fato que tornou a estadia penosa. Foram 3 dias de perturbação sonora e relativo constrangimento. Quem for se hospedar terá que conviver com esta situação, que não está no controle do estabelecimento. 3- Uma sanduicheira seria um investimento simples e útil. 4- Corrimão para acessar os quartos da casinha de baixo tb seriam bem-vindos. Descer da parte comum para o quarto na casinha, numa ladeira íngreme de pedra, sem corrimão,foi uma atividade perigosa, principalmente quando choveu. 5- Funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos, solícitos e hospitaleiros. Nota 10 (até mais) a eles. Algumas da cozinha não.Reclamações em voz do trabalho na frente do hóspede e dificuldade em retribuir um sorriso/ser gentil. 6- Decoração impecável.Imóvel maravilhoso. Parece recém-formado, mas sem perder o charme da sua estética de casarão clássico.

A pousada é muito bem decorada, com obras de arte, peças históricas, um pequeno jardim. É um lugar agradável, porém não dá pra descansar direito. Há barulhos que o quarto não isola. A condensadora do split de outro cômodo fazia ressoar a porta de madeira dentro do quarto atingindo um barulho de 47 decibéis no quarto durante a noite toda. O café da manhã é bem básico e no último dia estava ruim, com ainda menos opções. É perto do centro, porém fica em cima de uma ladeira íngrime.
