This is a terrific hotel. Old fashioned, simply furnished and very comfortable. The rooms were lovely, good showers and very effective wifi. It has the most beautiful wooden floors. All in all for me it was a real pleasure.

O local é ótimo, bom atendimento, a localização é excelente te possibilita a visitar os pontos turísticos a pé, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, vale cada degrau que vc tem que subir já que não possui elevador no hotel (tem 2 andares somente também então é bem tranquilo). Voltarei mais vezes.

O hotel sem elevador, tiver que subir e descer as malas para o 2 andar, escadas apertadas, os funcionários que ajudar so começam a trabalhar as 10:00 horas, os pisos todos de taco, qdo andam no corredor escuta os barulhos, no banheiro com taco molhado fica um cheiro de molfo terrível. A unica coisa boa o salão do cafe.

Bom de ponto positivo café da manhã e atendimento do café. O mensageiro João Pedro, muito prestativo! Quando reservei achei que seria igual ou parecido com o Kastel Petrópolis, ok que lá tb alguns funcionários eram uma antipatia, mas o hotel era melhor!
