Para uma estadia rápida sem muito conforto.
O quarto reservado para 4 pessoas pelo hotels.com, porem ao chegar o sistema do hotel informou que era quarto para 3, incluiu um berço portatil para o bebê que quase ja não cabia nele, mas no quarto tinham apenas toalhas para 2 pessoas. Não possuia tapetes no banheiro e no quarto, piso cerâmico frio, em um local de clima frio, suja rápido e molha em dias chuvosos pois o hotel não possuia tapetes nas entradas para limpeza dos sapatos. Apesar de no meio da natureza, possui quase todo o terreno cimentado, edificação, faltando jardins, com janelas pequenas não exploram a bela vista da região. Muitas areas indisponíveis em obra e áreas comuns sem ambientação (móveis, quadros, etc).

Fomos passar o aniversário do meu esposo e foi uma experiência incrível desde a recepção a todos os funcionários. Café da manhã maravilhoso com muita variedades de bolos frutas... O bolo de amendoim foi o diferencial, nunca comi um bolo igual em toda minha vida!! Fizeram um bolo para o meu esposo e ele ficou muito feliz com a surpresa. Super recomendado contando os dias para voltar.

Começou por um check in péssimo, no qual o recepcionista confundiu a minha reserva, teimando que a mesma nao estava paga, quando estava, duvidando de mim quando afirmei que sim. Exigiu que mostrasse o recibo do meu cartão de crédito com o pagamento. Totalmente inábil ao tratar o hóspede. O quarto estava muito mal conservado, com sujeiras em todas as paredes e teias de aranha no teto. Banheiro minúsculo e extremamente desconfortável. Colchões das camas velhos e já sem conforto. Afindavam com o corpo. Sauna e piscinas com aspecto de sujos e com uma obra coberta por tapumes. A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém precisa de um melhor gerenciamento e obras de conservação. Gostaria de anexar as fotos, porém o aplicativo está com algum bug que não me permite. Tive que fazer o check out um dia antes, em razão do trabalho do meu filho e pedi para gerar o crédito dessa diária. O hotel disse que não poderia, por eu ter pago direto ao Hoteis.com, que informou não poder gerar o crédito, pois somente a propriedade poderia. Enfim, um jogo de empurra desnecessário, que fez da minha primeira experiência com o Hoteis.com e Vila Suíça um desastre. Não pretendo mais comprar através deste aplicativo.

O quarto estava mal cuidado: teto do banheiro descascando com pedacos pendurados, edredon manchado, lençol era menor que a cama( quando a gnt se virava o lençol saía do lugar ), tomada estava afundada na parede e froxa. Cafe da manha bem ruim, nao tinha um jogo americano para apoiar a louça e o talher. Era em cima da mesa direto!

Toda equipe do hotel muito atenciosa. Local maravilhosa, e comida deliciosa. Unica coisa que deagradou um pouco foi que no havia algum evento, e com isso as pessoas que eram desse evento conversavam bem alto ao passar pelo corredor, que era no mesmo andar do refeitorio. E parecia que estavam dentro so nosso quarto, acordamos bastante vezes. Mas fora isso, foi muito bom.
