Guest are sure to enjoy thier stay at this charming farm house conveniently located in the middle of the sweet spot of 3 great northern Michigan towns ( Petoskey, Charleviox, & Boyne city) only a short drive away; 3 different bodies of water( Walloon lk, Lake Charleviox, & Lake Michigan) which are no more than 3 miles away. The Petoskey wineries are very near as are gypsy vodka distillery and Lavender hills farm for fun day trips and or live entertainment. The covered porch is a great place to sit and forget about all life's stresses. Plenty of room on the property to park all your toys and trailers or even if someone wanted to park a large rv( no rv hook ups at this time).
This is a new property to us over the course of the winter we will be rentivating parts of this house to get it ready for spring.
