Very pleased
We generally stay in 4 star hotels unless we are traveling and just needing a place to sleep. This hotel was an excellent 3 star hotel which was clean, friendly, helpful staff recommending restaurants, comfortable bed and good breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, friendly kitchen staff giving my husband cheese for a sausage, egg McMuffin. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

A bit pricey
Mattress was horrible. Hurt my hips and i didnt sleep all weekend. Had a huge bathroom. Big enough for a wheel chair. But the toilet was small enough for a todler and NO saftey bars. Never been in a hotel without them unless it was a tiny room and you could use the tub or sink. I had to take a chair into the bathroom so my handicapped husband could get up. And the sheets, seems every hotel has flat cotton sheets that you cant move around in bc your clothes wont move with you. Maybe consider putting felt pads on your dining chairs. We were in the room next to the dining room. OMG, all morning long, all we heard was screeching from the chairs being moved. Staff was great. It wouldnt let me add a photo.

We stayed there recently on a trip to Michigan to see the fall colors. This place is a hidden gem. The owners are great and live at the property. Anyone that doesn't give this place a 9 or 10 is just a grouch. It is clean and convenient to downtown Saugatuck. The owners were great and friendly. A very nice continental breakfast in what feels like you are eating at your own house. The room are very clean and quiet. If we come back, we will definitely stay there and so should you!!

When we got there we asked for a bottom floor room close to an end exit. The staff made that happen and was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was great with lots of options for both cold and hot items. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Friendly staff, clean room, road noise
Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Busy road and some appliance noise may bother some, but it was mostly white noise that could be ignored or minimized with ear plugs.
